A very special thank you must go to Caroline for her attention to detail, creativity on the menu, dedication to the customer’s needs, perfect suggestions, and passion for what she does. We worked for many months with Caroline – from deciding on the menu to the venue décor. Everything was perfect. She was a pleasure to work with, and she most definitely alleviated any last minute stress! She even arranged for a private menu tasting and tour when we had an opportunity to visit in October.
